Demi Lovato has taken to Instagram to share something very impressive and very attractive with followers: her very own rear end!
Clearly feeling cheeky, the young artist was in the middle of dance rehearsal for her world tour when she stopped to share the following snapshot.
“Gettin’ stronger everyday. Be good to your body, and your body will be good to you,” Lovato wrote as a caption to the image.
Note the soft case on Demi’s hand? She got injured while performing last week, but that didn’t stop her from continuing on with subsequent shows.
Of course, taking good care of herself – as Lovato recommends here – hasn’t always been so easy for the superstar.
She checked into rehab in 2010 for mental illness and also for an eating disorder and she’s dedicated herself since to being a role model to others girl in her situation.
“I’ve struggled a lot with mental illness,” she told E! News in August. “Just because I’m a pop star, that doesn’t mean that everything is perfect.”
What advice might she offer struggling teenagers around the world?
“It’s important to have people around you that are going to be there for support. I look up to a lot of people around me – my best friends, family.”
All this smart advice… and she can dance like Michael Jackson!
